Beginning with a warm-up, bodies will be guided through a training that will set us up for the day ahead. We will work with exercises and improvisations from different modern dance techniques to focus on the flexibility of the torso and spine, as well as on the expression of the arms and hands. Following this, we will explore and experience some of the work of Pina Bausch, learning short excerpts and movement phrases as well as having the opportunity to dive into creative tasks. 

Open to dancers, actors and anyone interested in movement and body language.

Workshop will be led in English and German.
