Jimin Jang
Vita
Violist Jimin Jang (2000) won numerous international competitions, including Pirastro Prize for an Outstanding Young Talent at Oskar Nedbal Viola Competition.
She regularly performs at the New York Spring Festival, One Korea Orchestra, MCO and Seiji Ozawa Music Academy. Jimin gave solo recitals at the Kumho Art Hall and Korea National University of Arts. She played as a soloist with HPO and MPO. She plays on Testore, Mailand 1740 from DSM.
She studies at HfM Hanns Eisler in Berlin with Florian Peelman.
