Anne-Marie Franz has been Head of department for interfaculty Events at the Berlin University of the Arts since August 2022.

Anne-Marie Franz studied cultural studies at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and the University of Edinburgh. Since 2010, she has been primarily active in the fields of exhibitions and science. She participated in the science exhibitions of Humboldt Universität zu Berlin "+ultra. knowledge & gestaltung" (2016/2017 at Gropius Bau) as well as "After Nature" (since 2021 at Humboldt Forum). At the Deutsches Hygiene-Museum Dresden, she worked as a scientific-curatorial assistant for the special exhibition "Shine on me. The Sun and Us" (2018/2019). From 2019 to 2022, she was most recently project manager and scientific collaborator for the anniversary year "beuys 2021. 100 years of joseph beuys", a project of the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in collaboration with Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf.
