Associations

Associate means to connect and join forces with other persons, groups or institutions. It also means to relate ideas and create unusual connections. The BAS set itself to do both: it is docking site for artistic research projects that connect with the Berlin University of the Arts in order to learn and grow through exchange and collaboration. For the UdK, the BAS functions as a door to artistic research methods in other contexts or institutions. Interconnected research creates new impulses between art and science.
