Perfomances and Workshop in Germany and Scotland by our Alumna Tanja Ostojic
In the beginning of March, our alumna Tanja Ostojic will present new performances and workshops in Germany and Scotland.
For the “Naked Life 5″ lecture performance premiere at Kampnagel in Hamburg, Ostojic is currently doing a research regarding the Balkan Roma who are in constant danger of deportation from Germany to Kosovo, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria. These countries have been declared “save countries”, but in reality they are not safe for Roma. The performance with the same structure as the previous ones is going to focus on actual cases of racisms, struggles and deportations regarding those people in Germany and their countries of origin.

Where? KRASS Festival 2016 at Kampnagel, Hamburg
For the “Naked Life 6″, which will be performed as a premiere on the International Women’s Day at Perth Women’s Festival, Ostojic is currently doing a research regarding the historical and contemporary life, perception and treatment of Roma, Travellers and Gypsies in the UK and Irland that have been marked with discrimination, forced migrations and evictions.

Tanja Ostojic will host the “Missplaced Women?” performance workshop and performs with few others in public spaces in the Torry neighbourhood and in the port of Aberdeen, Scotland, as an International Women’s Day event of the Festival of Politics. The workshop is free, but booking is essential since spaces are limited.
