Our former fellow Lucie Strecker and Klaus Spiess will take part in an artist talk hosted by the class Gallmeier from the College of Fine Arts at Berlin University of the Arts.

Lucie Strecker and Klaus Spiess develop transdisciplinary performances and installations that deal with the relations between biological system, art and economy. How can the art market transform in an innovative ecological environment where utopian, post human economics are debated?

They will introduce their projects “Hare’s Blood +“, “Metabolic Currencies“ and “Mykovaluta“ that have been exhibited internationally. Molecular and microbial entities enter an exchange with artists, audience and art market.
