Fellow Romily Alice Walden will begin her three week residency as part of Storm King Art Center’s artist-in-residence program, in partnership with Shandaken Projects. Among other selected artists she will stay on Storm King’s grounds in Cornwall, New York where she will be filming and doing autoethnographic writing relating to the sick body and the natural landscape. Storm King Art Center is a 500-acre outdoor museum located in New York’s Hudson Valley, where visitors experience large-scale sculpture and site-specific commissions under open sky.
