In 2013, Friederike Biebel completed her bachelor’s degree in arts and culture at Maastricht University. After graduating, she worked for art  – Das Kunstmagazin and the Circle Culture Gallery in Berlin. In 2014, she began studying for a master's degree in art history and art technology at the Technische Universität Berlin. She has participated in the Research Training Group “Knowledge in the Arts” since October 2016 until February 2018.
