With its own qualification programme, the Career & Transfer Service Center (CTC) of the UdK Berlin provides support in successfully positioning oneself in the cultural and creative industries as well as in all important questions about starting up and securing a livelihood. For selected graduates, the CTC facilitates the transfer of their projects into innovative business models by awarding grants, coaching and jobs in the UdK's own workspace UDKo. We provide information about our offer here on the CTC website as well as via notices at the UdK locations and our newsletter.
The free offer is aimed at students and alumni (up to 5 years after graduation) of the Berlin University of the Arts.

As part of an international collaboration, the participating career centres are opening parts of their courses to external students from the participating universities of the arts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (without ECTS).
Numerous students and alumni*ae have been supported by the Career & Transfer Service Center.
Starting as a trainer or coach at the CTC is usually done through a workshop. Please send us your workshop proposal.
