Trainers, Coaches, and Alumni

Our workshop and coaching program is developed in close collaboration with experts from various fields of the cultural and creative industries. In addition to professional and industry expertise, we highly value strong methodological competencies, experience in working with entrepreneurs, or personal entrepreneurial experience.

If you would like to contribute to our program, you are welcome to submit your proposal for the upcoming Summer Semester 2025 by December 1, 2024.

Open Call for Applications

For your proposal, please provide:

  • The title of your workshop

  • The language of instruction (English or German)

  • The planned schedule

  • A short description of the workshop for the semester program

  • The maximum number of participants

  • The target audience

  • Your fee expectations

  • Individual coaching options: Can you offer one-on-one coaching on this topic? If so, under what conditions?

Additionally, if not previously submitted, please provide:

  • Your CV, including relevant references from the last five years

  • Proof of your academic degree (Master’s, Magister, or Diploma)

  • Date of birth, tax ID, and tax office details

If selected for a contract within an ESFplus-funded project, additional forms required by our third-party funding provider must be signed:

  • Self-declaration of suitability

  • Special contractual conditions regarding wage agreements, minimum remuneration, and social security contributions

  • Ron Hubbard declaration

By submitting your application, you also agree to comply with the ESFplus public visibility regulations in Berlin and to include the logos provided by us in your presentations and handouts.

Workshop Facilities and Equipment

During the renovation period at Franklinstraße 11-15, workshops will be conducted in an alternative location, offering:

  • Seating for up to 20 participants

  • Metaplan boards, flipcharts, a projector, and a moderation kit

  • WLAN access
