Important information for course participants
General information, e.g. who can participate, how to register and contact details.
UdK Berlin's German course programme is primarily aimed at international UdK Berlin students who are enrolled for a limited period of time and must submit a German B2 or C1 language certificate ("Sprachnachweis") to the Enrolment and Examination Office (IPA). Applicants who have already been offered a place at UdK Berlin can apply for a place in a German course before the start of their studies. Due to limited capacity, UdK Berlin cannot guarantee a place for all international students. However, the German course team and International Student Services can advise on external language courses and exams.
If there are free places, interested UdK Berlin students who do not need a language certificate can also be admitted to UdK Berlin's German courses.
