  • The StudyGuide at the UdK Berlin is your first point of contact for questions about applying or studying.
    You can contact us by e-mail, by phone or on site at the InfoPoint. We answer general questions on the following topics:

     

    • Application procedure and admission
    • Information events
    • Enrolment, re-registration, leave of absence and part-time studies
    • Guest Auditors
    • Places of study and contact addresses
    • Replacement in case of loss of the CampusCard

    Please include your full name, application or matriculation number as well as your course of study and intended degree in your e-mail.
    You will receive a short no-reply email afterwards with a ticket number. Please do not change the subject of any further messages.
    You will usually receive a reply to your request within one to three days. Please be patient.

    If we are unable to answer your question, we will forward it to the relevant colleagues at the UdK.

    It is not possible to hand in portfolios in person.
