Company integration management

If you have been ill for a longer period (more than six weeks in twelve months), you will be offered an individual counselling session - with the aim of making it easier for you to return to work. Measures that provide relief could be, for example

  • Gradual reintegration (‘Hamburg model’)
  • Reorganisation of the workplace (e.g. work organisation and/or ergonomic changes)
  • Support for rehabilitation measures by the UdK Berlin
  • Competent counselling and support during the entire process
  • Flexibilisation of working hours
  • The aim of the programme is to prevent a work-related worsening of the illness and to maintain and promote the employee's health!
  • You decide whether and how you use the company integration management programme.
