Subito is an express document delivery service that allows you to order journal articles and book chapters quickly from the holdings of participating libraries.

The service is initially free of charge for members of the UdK only.

You will also need a valid library card for this. 

Please note: The service only applies for orders of journal articles and scans of book chapters that are not in the University Library's collection

Please double-check availability in our Wissensportal der Künste before you place an order via Subito.

As Subito only delivers individual journal articles or chapters of books, please use the Fernleihe if you want to order complete issues of books.

Please read Subito's privacy policy and then complete the application form below, if you wish to use the Subito express document delivery service via the University Library.

Personal data is exchanged only between our the University Library and Subito. This exchange is necessary to enable the ordering process. For more information, please check consult the Subito privacy policy.

After registering, you can order directly via the Subito website.

Select the “Berlin University of the Arts” in the drop-down menu and enter your "subcustomer ID" and password.

Afterwards you can Place your order directly via "Search & Order". You can find detailed instructions here.

Completed orders can be delivered by e-mail, fax or mail. The estimated delivery time is 72 hours. Please expect a possible delay, if you choose postal delivery.
