Berlin Equal Opportunities Programme

The Berlin Programme for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities for Women in Research and Teaching (BCP) links the promotion of professional qualifications with measures to remove structural barriers to the realisation of equal opportunities for women. It aims to sustainably improve the representation of women at all academic qualification levels and in leading positions and to anchor gender aspects in research and teaching.

The Women’s and Equal Opportunities Officer and the Commission for Equal Opportunities (KfC) work closely together to enable young female artists and scientists to participate in the programme.
