If you want to apply for an e-mail address as a UdK alumni, you simply have to contact the OASE service point of the Department of Planning, Organization and Data Processing (DVOrg department). Please use the following form.

If you already have an O.A.Se account with an existing @udk-berlin.de e-mail address, you can keep the e-mail function as an alumni. Please send your alumni number and login name or student matriculation number to the O.A.Se after alumni registration.
