The Symphony Orchestra of the UdK Berlin
As one of the leading university orchestras in Germany, the Symphony Orchestra of Berlin University of the Arts presents three to four concerts each year plus an opera project.
The symphony orchestra of the UdK Berlin presents works by Blacher, Bruch and Tschaikowsky together with guests from London, Rotterdam and The Hague.
The Concert for the Nations 2019 marks the start of the orchestra tour "United Europe - on tour with friends" of the Berlin University of the Arts Symphony Orchestra through four different European cities in just five days. More than 80 students from the UdK Berlin but also from the Royal College of Music London and the Royal Conservatory The Hague as well as from Codarts Rotterdam will travel, work and perform together. After Berlin they will perform at the Anneliese Brost Musikforum Ruhr in Bochum (9 November), the Rotterdam concert hall De Doelen (10 November) and the concert hall of the Royal College of Music in London (12 November).
