Europäischer Freundeskreis des Julius-Stern-Instituts
Europäischer Freundeskreis des Julius-Stern-Instituts
Following in the footsteps of the Stern Conservatory founded by Julius Stern in 1850, the promotion of outstanding musical talents, regardless of their origin or financial situation, is one of the main objectives of today's institute named after Stern. Through their voluntary work, the Friends of the Julius Stern Institute are commited to this principle. Music enthusiasts from all over Europe are financially and ideally committed to providing optimal individual support for young students aged nine to eighteen from different nations and social backgrounds at the Julius Stern Institute, which is internationally recognised for its first-class education. Through your involvement in the Freundeskreis, you actively participate in promoting outstanding young musicians from all over the world. At concerts and in personal encounters, you can experience the individual progress of the young students, many of whom have already won important national and international prizes.
