The Media Hub is the new image database for the Berlin University of the Arts. It provides staff and teaching staff with images from colleges, centres and staff units for public relations work. In the future, it should make it easier to search for UdK's own image material and provide clarity about which images may be used for the external presentation of the UdK Berlin.

Employees and lecturers of the UdK Berlin can register here with their Intra- oder O.A.Se account in the Media Hub.

The UdK Berlin Media Hub will start a test phase in September 2024. We therefore ask staff and lecturers to log in to the Media Hub, browse and send us feedback to mediahub_ @udk-berlin.de.

What is the UdK Berlin Media Hub?
The UdK Berlin Media Hub is a cloud-based image management platform for public relations purposes at the UdK Berlin. Employees and teachers who produce image material can make it available via the Media Hub for use by other employees of the UdK Berlin on various media that contribute to the public relations work of the UdK Berlin.

What is meant by public relations media?
Public relations media is everything that the UdK Berlin uses to present itself to the outside world. This includes, for example, the website and its subpages, publications or presentations about the UdK Berlin or parts of the UdK Berlin.

Do students also have access to the material in the Media Hub?
Students do not have access to the UdK Berlin Media Hub. If students have requests for specific image material, they can send them to corporate.design@udk-berlin.de and material will be provided (if available). The request must state what the image material is to be used for.

How do I register in the Media Hub?
You can log in to the Media Hub with your intra- or O.A.S. e-mail address via this link: mediahub.ai/public/sso
Please ensure that you select single sign-on (SSO) access.
