I'm a professor/lectuerer at the UdK Berlin - how do I get my entry card for the summer party?
As a professor of the UdK Berlin you will be sent a personal booking number in your invitation letter or mail. Via this link you can register with your personal booking number. After the successful registration, the entry card will be sent to you within approx. 48 hours.

Why do I have to specify my personal data, such as e-mail address, name and surename for the online registration?
We need this data to deliver your personalised entry card.

What is happening to my data after the online registration?
The online registration is supervised by the Time Change GmbH, which was commissioned by us. Your data will be saved by Time Change GmbH and transmitted to us. After the summer party all data will be deleted by the Time Change GmbH as well as by us. More information about data protection can be found here.

I do not have the option to load or print the entry card on a smartphone. How can I still get my entry card for the summer party?
On the evening of the summer party there will be an guest counter in the main entrance of the concert hall of the UdK Berlin, where the re-registration is possible. For the re-registration a student and identity card is absolutely necessary! The guest counter will be open between 5:00 pm and 12:00 am.

I tried to register with my email address, but I get the error message "Wrong Or No Valid Email Address". What should I do?
The e-mail address entered is incorrect. Please check that there are no typos in the e-mail address. If this is not the case, please contact the account management of the UdK Berlin O.A.Se.: oase_ @udk-berlin.de

I forgot to register. Can I do this later?
If you forget to register, this can also be done at the guest counter. For the re-registration a student and identity card is absolutely necessary! The guest counter will be open between 5:00pm and 0:00am.

I did the online registration but forgot my entry card. What can I do?
At the guest counter your registration can be reconstructed. Please bring along your student and / or ID card to verify your identity. The guest counter will be open between 5:00pm and 0:00am.

Until when can I register?
You can register until July 8, 2019, 5:00 pm. Afterwards the late registration is only possible at the guest counter.

How can I get back into the building if I leave this in between?
You will receive a stamp after checking your entry card. If you want to leave the building and come back, you can do so until 3:00 am via the entrance on Hertzallee behind the UNI.T (the theater of the University).

I will come to the summer party very late. What time will I be allowed in?
The last entrance to the summer party is at 12:00 am. After that, you will not be able to enter the building unless you have a stamp.

Do I also need a entry card for the Rundgang?
No, the Rundgang is publicly accessible as before.
