The membership with Berlin Partner is managed by Dr. Michaela Conen, Head of the Strategic Marketing Unit. She coordinates the collaboration with Berlin Partner in close coordination with the president and ensures that the university's interests are appropriately represented within the membership.

As part of the membership, the University of the Arts Berlin is part of the initiative "Berlin Against Antisemitism". As the university’s representative, President Norbert Palz issued a statement that has now been included in the joint declaration of all members of the initiative. Dr. Conen is an advisory member of the "Berlin Against Antisemitism" initiative on behalf of UdK Berlin and is also a member of the Advisory Board.
