In the event of discrimination, transgressive behaviour or conflicts, there are various options for those affected to seek help, advice, make contact or lodge a complaint.
In an emotional emergency or acute crisis, you should contact the Berlin Crisis Service. It can be contacted by telephone around the clock, provides anonymous counselling on request and is free of charge. www.berliner-krisendienst.de/en/
