The target group of our work as Women’s and Equal Opportunities Officers in the library are the female staff and student employees. Overall, we have a welcome high proportion of women in senior positions.

Our aim is to continue to accompany all job advertisements and to advise all those involved in the process, as well as to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
