The competition office will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

The registration for the competition takes place in two steps:

1. Fill in the online form.

   The registration form needs to be filled out digitally on our website.You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.

2. Send an e-mail
   with the subject "Ensemble name, documents for registration"
   bbw@udk-berlin.de:

   Your e-mail must include the following:
   1. Short biographies in tabular form of all ensemble members (one single PDF file incl. all biographies)
   2. a copyright-free photo of the ensemble (colored JPG in print resolution, 300dpi) for the programme/website
   3. Copy of each ensemble member's identity card or passport

   Please note: Incomplete registrations cannot be considered.
