Negotiating Your Salary

In this practical intercultural training we will try out and learn principles of successful negotiation. Together we explore ways to prepare, carry out and follow up a negotiation of your salary in Germany.

We will find creative ways to identify your individual aims and needs, be flexible yet clear and consistent in your communication, get around the killer of negotiations (i.e. endless argumentation loops) and finally end up with a win (and probably -win) situation for you and your employer.

All this comes together with a sensibilization for intercultural differences you might face communicating with your potential employer and the HR-team.

You will be very welcome to bring in your questions and ideas and contribute yourself.
